Return Policy & FAQ
- Returns are only accepted for unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition with all tags within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back without any stains, damages, odors, and/ or distinct smells including fragrances.
- Customers are responsible for shipping expenses. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. In the email provide you order number and description of the problem. If we conclude your request was on the company behalf, we will cover the return expenses.
- All discounted and clearance items are NON-REFUNABLE.
Canceling An Order
If you would like to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at email@example.com with your order invoice number. If the items have not been shipped, we will cancel and start the refund process. However, if you already received shipping confirmation, after you receive your items send us an email to start the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
What If The Item Too Big or Small?
- Please choose your regular size for accurate sizing. Our products fits true to size. If the items does not fit accordingly to your needs, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- If you have any questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to email us or leave a comment on our Instagram page. We will get gladly get back to you within 24-48 hours.
When Will You Restock?
All restocks on merchandise will be posted and updated via our Instagram page @ESOM_Clothing. Also, if you have any questions regarding restocks or preorders feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
