When Will I Receive My Order?
After placing an order and a confirmation email has been received, the order will normally be shipped the following business day via USPS or UPS. (Monday through Friday) Please allow 1-2 days for handling large orders. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Depending on your location, we will choose the best shipping (UPS or USPS) to get your package the fastest. Packages will be delivered between 1-3 business days once shipped.
What If I Haven't Received My Order?
If your package tracking indicates your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. ESOM is not responsible for any packages that has been marked delivered by the carrier. Please be aware of your tracking delivery date and make the appropriate arrangements to receive your package
Do You Ship Internationally?
Sorry but at this time we only ship to U.S Territories. In the future as the business grows, we will definitely start shipping worldwide.
- Returns are only accepted for unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition with all tags within the first 48 hours of the order delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any return started after 48 hours will be subjected to store credit only for size exchanges. All merchandise must be received back without any stains, damages, odors, and/ or distinct smells including fragrances. If we receive your return and any of the following listed above is perceived, we will not issue any refund.
- To start a return, email us your order number and reason for returning @ firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping expenses. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. In the email provide your order number and description of the damage. If we conclude your request was on the company behalf, we will cover the return expenses.
- All discounted, clearance and PREORDER items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for returns.
Canceling An Order
If you would like to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order invoice number. If the items have not been shipped, we will cancel and start the refund process. However, if you already received shipping confirmation, after you receive your items send us an email to start the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
What If The Item Too Big or Small?
- Please choose your regular size for accurate sizing. Or choose the size according to our product description. Most of our products fits true to size. If the items does not fit accordingly to your needs, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
